The first thing we need to do is assess your situation and determine your needs and goals. We can get alot of information over the phone but face it, you may have a great voice but that will not help  us  sell your house.  So, we need to come see the property. I am very happy to tell you that  we use the only internationally patented Standardized National Scoring systems. Yes, patented,  recognized and used throughout the U.S.A., Canada, and Australia.

The ACTION scoring system ,created by the "Decorating and Staging Accademy", formerly "One Day Decorating" is a numerical scoring system that lets us evaluate your property without an emotional bias. The "Home 2-Product" system , created by "Certified Staging Real Estate Association" which we are also certified in is also used to help us maximize your selling potential. So, we are well trained, certified in Real Estate Staging, and registered with the top of the crop.
 
Plans are created to serve your Staging needs but ,primarely we have mini to maxi plans available.
The first one is the DIY method. A staging professional will come to your property and,  starting at the curb, do a walk through in which we will make suggestions to you, and you take the notes, of what we suggest  you do to prepare your property to sell. This is done in about an hour. A 1 hour fee applies. We may come back to check your progress or assist you further if that is agreed upon.

The next plan or step is a full "ACTION" scoreing. A professional Stager will come to the property,  do a full assessment of the property, and take before photographs. We will take our findings back to the office and create a plan suited to your needs. You will be presented in a timely fashion with our plan to get your house ready to be  showed. A base fee is paid for this service. Where we go from there depends on our findings and you.

Is the property occupied, vacant. Do you need to rent furniture? Are there up grades that need to be done? All of these questions need to be addressed and completed before you show your house. Do you want us to do the Staging? The answers to these questions will direct us to our next step.

Where we go from here will be discussed and decided upon when we present you with a plan.
